1 ★App keeps saying user network error when it's an app error. Map never works, and always showing the world map when they don't even operate in other parts of the world. Please just hire a proper UI/UX person or just buy the app software from someone else.
1 ★I booked a ride today which was cancelled as there were no taxis. However, the fee of 29.20 was taken from my paylah wallet and not returned when the ride was cancelled. I understand from DBS that the payment has been taken by Comfort without authorisation. I am requesting that the amount be returned to my paylah wallet as I should not be paying for a non-existent ride.
1 ★A bunch of bugs and glitches. I booked a cab and finally got a driver after a while but the app glitched and I couldn't tell where the driver was or his ETA and waited till I couldn't wait anymore and just hailed another cab off the street. Restarted phone as well to no avail. Zero stars. And why is there a pre-authorisation holding amount at all?! You have not fulfilled the booking yet so don't charge me yet you scam merchants
1 ★Have always beem using comfort app but the latest update is super horrible. On top of not being able to contact driver, you cannot even see the eta of the driver status or where the driver is. This is a bad update and will deter people from taking cab from comfort app.
1 ★Recently i noticed when i booked a taxi, it does not reflect the location of the taxi, and does not have the contact number. This makes commuter very difficult to contact the driver. Please look into it.
1 ★The app doesn't show the driver location anymore after booking is confirmed. The driver contact option is also missing. It's like waiting for the driver expecting to turn up out of nowhere. Pls release new update asap.
1 ★Very annoying, it use to be so good and i used it so often but now its horrible, i tried to book a cab, and there is so many cabs in the vicinity but none accepted and they deducted my money like 3 times? One is the cab value, the other is 5 dollars plus and one more for 20 dollars? Like for what? And they dont release it on the spot like it will take some time, other apps will immediately release the money to you or atleast latest is the next day, terrible terrible.
1 ★Terrible recent app update for a few reasons: 1) no way to add any sort of comments. There is a free text that DOESN'T WORK. I have confirmed this with a few taxi drivers that did not receive my comments to pick up at the specific pickup point. 2) the map is rubbish. Keeps routing to a longer and wrong path. 3) always default my pick up point to a wrong block even though I have already "saved" my home address
1 ★Used to be good. Recently the app hangs often and nets payment kept showing error. Bugs are getting worst, yet starting to charge fees for using the app.. One would expect the app experience to improve when the company starts charging app fees, but this is the total opposite.
1 ★Getting more and more disappointed by the app. Every time updated and alot of problem arise.. I get accepted but unable to contact the driver after waited for 30mins. I've cancelled but being charged..
1 ★There can be 20 cabs on the map and none are available, not even sure if the app is just randomly showing nonsence to you, you get pending charges on your card for at least a week for rides you did not take so I still have no idea if they are going to be reversed or charged, none of these issues existed before so I'm not sure how they screwed it up so badly in such a short period of time.
3 ★The cab stopped at the wrong spot, then proceed to picked up the wrong passangers and decided to drive off to the drop-off location I chose in the app. I tried to call the driver via the app, but the call button disappeared. Immediately sent an email, got an automated reply that it will be responded within 3-5 working days. 13 working days later, nothing. Edit: CDG finally replied 24days later and resolved my issue.
